This website (expirydatenever.co.uk) is operated by the authors of Expiry Date Never, Victoria Tomlinson and Louise Ballard. For any privacy questions, contact us via the contact page.

• Information you give us: name, email address and any message content when you sign up to our mailing list, register interest in the book, submit a story or contact us.
• Information collected automatically: standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device type and referrer. IP addresses are anonymised.

How we use it

• To send you updates about the book and related content, when you've asked us to.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Our legal basis is your consent (mailing list) and our legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, improving the site).

Third parties

We use the following services to operate the site:

• MailerLite — to store mailing list subscribers and send emails.
• Google Analytics 4 — to measure site usage. IP anonymisation is enabled.
• Supabase — to securely store form submissions.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To exercise any other right, email us via the contact page.
